Charity Vending does not accept any donations. We in no way imply any affiliation with any charity. It is understood that all vending route operators operate under the charities terms. All royalties, fees donations and all activities are strictly between the vending route operators and the charities. All terms and conditions are strictly between the vending route operator and the charity he/she decides to work with. Charity Vending is not a non-profit organization. We serve to educate, furnish supplies, provide information, and assist individuals to start their own business. We also make individuals aware of the charities who currently work with vending route operators and have existing vending outreach programs. Our goal is to assist individuals in building successful vending routes. We do not guarantee earnings. Estimates are solely presented to assist in estimating earning potential.

Conditional warranty period ends 7 days after receipt of this program. We will replace any part of the program that is damaged or non-functional. No refunds. Customer bears full responsibility to perform research before ordering this program. We furnish many valuable trade secrets, instructional materials and expensive customized listings. It is considered proprietary. Quick start guide is considered proprietary information, and cannot be returned once opened. Unused Quick start guide can only be returned within 7 days of receipt in its original packaging. Custom location lists are considered proprietary information, and cannot be returned after ordered. If necessary, buyer has privilege to return any rejected locations for replacement within 30 days of receipt. Unused boxes can only be returned within 7 days of receipt. All other unused materials can be returned, but must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We do not allow any individuals to order the package, photocopy the proprietary information, and send it all back for a refund. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (R.A.N.). You must call (800) 327-7750 x 4 to request an R.A.N. Subject to the terms and conditions stated within.

This package is designed to educate and provide general information regarding vending routes with honor boxes. Charity Vending believes that the information contained to be both timely and accurate. The location lists are derived from criteria set by Charity Vending, and are compiled by an independent telemarketing firm contracted by Charity Vending. Location lists are designed to assist in placement of vending boxes. The use of the quick start guide and all other materials is at the sole discretion of the reader. We believe that the facts presented are accurate. Our goal is to assist individuals in building a successful vending route. We disclaim any liabilities from the application of the information contained within, and all information is not intended to serve as legal or financial advice. The purchaser of this program agrees that Charity Vending is not liable for any and all damages claimed by any one person as a result of any information or materials contained therein for any reason including, but not limited to errors and/or omissions.
